Stackclean is a browser-only tool that turns a bank statement CSV into a structured month-by-month catch-up plan. It processes everything on your device. No data is transmitted to any server. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no stored state.
Stackclean is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. The tool is designed to help organize financial records but is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax preparation, or legal advice. The operator makes no guarantee that the output is suitable for any specific purpose, including tax filing, audit defense, or financial reporting.
Stackclean does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. The tool organizes transaction data into a checklist format but does not determine deductibility, tax treatment, or compliance with any jurisdiction’s laws. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the CSV data you provide to the tool and for how you use the output. The tool performs best-effort parsing and pattern detection but may misidentify columns, misparse dates, or fail to detect unusual transactions. Always verify the output against your original records.
Because Stackclean has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server-side processing, there are no user profiles, no stored preferences, and no personal data held on any server. The tool does not set cookies, track usage, or log visits beyond what the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) records as part of normal HTTP serving. See the privacy policy for details.
Stackclean is offered as a one-time purchase for $12. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or tiered plans. A single payment grants you access to use the tool as it exists at the time of purchase. There is no account, so there is nothing to log into and no stored state on any server.
Failed payment. Because this is a one-time purchase with no subscription, a failed payment means the transaction does not complete and no access is granted. If your card is declined, contact your card issuer or try a different card. For assistance, email stackclean@agen2ic.ai.
Refunds. If the tool does not work as described, or if you accidentally paid multiple times, email stackclean@agen2ic.ai within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Test mode. The checkout currently uses Stripe in test mode. No real card is charged and no payment is collected during test mode. The tool is free to use until live payments are enabled.
Stackclean and its visual identity (mark, design, layout) are the intellectual property of the operator. You may use the tool for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the tool or its design.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool. This includes but is not limited to errors in the output, data corruption, or reliance on the tool for financial or legal decisions.
Stackclean is a product of Agen2ic, LLC (Colorado, United States). These terms are provided for informational purposes. No governing law, jurisdiction, or dispute resolution mechanism is specified. The tool is provided as a non-binding evaluation copy.
